Description: A rural community with financial hardships, drugs, alcoholism, delinquency, domestic violence and high school dropout rate. This area has a high percentage of teen-age pregnancies and suicide. It is among the least evangelized in the country with many communities without an evangelical church. 
Target population: Children, youth, and adults (men and women).
Objective: Character transformation.
Programs offered: Short-term teams to improve living conditions and educational and community buildings, programs for addicts, job skills, church-planting activities.
Needs:Churches with church-planting ministries, local and international missionaries, professionals, finances, construction, furniture, tools, and materials.
